The Stuart-Sunrise Rotary Club is part of Rotary International which is located in 180 countries around the world and boasts 32,000 clubs with over 1.2 million members. The focus of our club as well as all clubs around the world is serving humankind both locally and on an international basis.

Rotarians seek daily to live our motto "Service Above Self". An additional motto selected by Rotary International for this year is "Building Communities Bridging Continents." Rotary focuses on the needs of communities at the local level and around the world with the 2010-11 theme. As a whole, the Clubs make a tremendous difference by serving those in need throughout the world. When our service projects are carefully planned and competently carried out, and when our members are qualified, honest, and respected in their vocations and communities, then all of Rotary will thrive.
